Copyright for Lichtenstein works of art currently resides with the Estate of Roy Lichtenstein. All approved and reproduced works must bear the copyright credit "© Estate of Roy Lichtenstein." Correct and obligatory caption information must be secured, and additional reproduction policies and procedures will be communicated from the Estate. Formal application to the Estate for any reproduction, illustration, or other use must be made well in advance.
